- Lead and manage one or more technical crew/team of fitters and senior fitters to perform their jobs which may include inspection, installation, dismantling, repair, reassemble, service and maintenance services, etc of marine engines and other products and services that the company may undertake from time to time.
- Ensure conformance to operational SOP and Health, Safety and environment laws and regulations at all times.

**Job Requirements**
