**The Role**
This role will sit in the in-house Creative department, where multidisciplinary creatives including photographers, stylists and graphic designers collaborate closely to craft visual experiences around our brand ambition - to be the most thoughtful brand made for the everyday woman.

You have a strong eye for composition and balance, with an exceptional passion for fashion photography, comfortably directing and building rapport with models and personalities on set to achieve your final vision. You think and move fast, yet pay exceptional attention to the finest of details. Reporting into our Creative Production Lead, you will play a key role in being a brand guardian for Love, Bonito and bringing our brand to life through our photos and videos.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Pre-Production - 30%
- Be part of the planning for catalog and editorial shoots, including site recces and prop sourcing as needed
- Work with the HQ Brand team to develop monthly content pieces

Production - 30%
- Execute photography and/or videography on shoot days
- Confidently convey big picture or fine detail ideas to models including poses and mood, before and during shoots
- Support internal requests for production as needed
- Equipment upkeep and maintenance

Post-Production - 30%
- Retouch and edit your own output with superior precision, paying rigorous attention toward product details (actual colours, creases, flaws) and model skin-tones
- Colour matching, ensuring the shot images are accurate to the actual product
- Provide ad hoc image/video support for countries

Image Management - 10%
- Manage and prioritise project timelines, ensuring that assets are delivered as promised
- Image selection
- Liaising with external post-production houses
- Maintaining an archival of assets on an internal server
- Homepage banner image management
- Uploading of final assets onto our e-commerce platform

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum 4+ years experience in fashion photography and videography, either in-house or at a creative agency/production house
- Diploma/Degree in Photography or Fine Arts related studies
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and CaptureOne
- Expert proficiency in Premiere Pro/Davinci Resolve and Audition
- Expert proficiency in stills and video lighting equipment setup
- Constantly up-to-date awareness of innovative software and tools
- Specialisation in producing, editing/mo-graph and/or content planning will be a bonus
- Prior experience at an e-commerce brand is a plus

**You should have / be**:

- Extreme ownership and a self-starter who is hands-on with a ‘get things done’ attitude
- A highly developed eye with a natural finesse for balance and composition with a natural interest in fashion and visual communication
- An ability to understand and translate the creative vision as directed by the creative production lead and senior team members
- A performance-driven attitude and thirst for constant improvement through continuous optimisation and refinement
