Our Medical Services team is critical to the success of Doctor Anywhere. We are a team of healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere’s medical operations including clinics, telemedicine, mobile services, executive health screening and imaging centers. With our patients as top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the benefits of innovative medical technology.

**About the role**

We are seeking a **Senior Executive, Pharmacy Services** who will be responsible for logístical and administrative functions, supporting our medical services in delivering cost-effective, safe and high quality care to our patients.

This role reports directly to the Assistant Manager, Pharmacy Services.

A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and manage medication supply to clinics by analyzing utilisation trends and inventory data
- Maintain and ensure proper inventory handling standards across the services.
- Regularly review and update medication formulary within the company and ensure appropriate therapeutic options are available for patients.
- Engage and enhance relationships with vendors to negotiate favourable contracts for medications/consumables.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and concerns to foster collaboration and alignment across the company.
- Identify areas of improvement and strengthen the team’s foundation for operational adaptability to changes.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to improve workflows and ensure efficient processes within the company.
- Assist in publishing guidelines and educational materials for internal staff use.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma and above in Pharmaceutical Science or in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience working in the healthcare industry.
- Comfortable with data management, data analysis, interpretation, and visualization.
- Able to engage with stakeholders in a corporate environment with professionalism.
- Eye for detail and a strong sense of duty and responsibility.
- Able to work independently as well as collaborate with others in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Adept in using IT programs: MS Office, Google Suite, and Tableau, etc.
- You have unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do.
- Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow, as well as a drive to inspire others to grow alongside you.
- Experience of working within a tech startup and hyper-growth environment would be a bonus.
- A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able to work independently when required.
- Comfortable with ambiguity - we're a fast-growing business and there are always unchartered territories, which is part of the fun. You should be comfortable with it and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time.
