**Job Summary**

**General Duties & Responsibilities**
- Planning and implementation of all physical performance strategies.
- Regular implementation and evaluation of players' and teams' physical conditions (fitness test). Individualize players' fitness programs according to their performance data/status.
- Monitoring Load via available technologies at the FA and others, as well as post-data processing and -evaluation
- Timely communication and submission of relevant performance topics, reports, and programs within the multidisciplinary team (coaches, medical staff, team officials, HOD, etc.)
- Supervision of all games, camps, and all other engagements of the respective team, including overseas trips
- Periodically, delivering other duties such as education workshops on fitness related matters, GS/FAS, duties, etc.

**Qualifications**
- Sport Science Degree
- 5+ years of prior experience as a football fitness coach
- Preferably, high-performance related education (CSCS, ASCA, EXOS, UKSCA, etc.)
- Preferably, football-related education (AFC Fitness, UEFA Fitness, Coaching License, etc.)
- Preferably, experience in handling and evaluating testing and training data.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
