Our client is a prominent and reputable player in the healthcare industry. There is now a need for the business to hire an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst.

You will be responsible for the designated financial planning and analysis function of assigned business units &/or corporate function within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the management reporting, forecasting and budgeting process of the assigned business unit &/or corporate function.
- Work closely with the Finance Operations to ensure quality and timeliness of monthly reporting and closing.
- Preparation of financial information in an accurate and timely manner to Management for decision making purposes
- Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance.
- Involve in forecasting and budgeting exercise and support preparation and presentation packages for Management and Board.
- Cost benefit analysis to support decision making in new business cases
- Participate adhoc projects such as Continuous improvements on financial processes to improve efficiency and internal controls or cross-functional projects.

**Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance. An advanced Degree (Masters) and/or Professional Accreditation (CPA,CMA) is a plus.
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience related to financial planning & analysis.
- Excellent financial awareness and analytical abilities.
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
- A leader, team player, self-motivated and customer oriented.
