**Job Description
**Responsibilities**:
**Marketing and Outreach Campaigns**:
- Develop detailed marketing and outreach plans for increasing awareness and usage of the online portal, including both online and offline strategies.
- Seek approval from the respective stakeholders before executing plans.
- Conduct approved campaigns at relevant events, roadshows, seminars, and conferences.
**Documentation and Reporting**:
- Collect user feedback about the online portal upon closure of each inquiry.
- Transform analysis into insights to improve the online portal through user experience enhancement and implementation of new security configurations.
- Prepare presentations for conducting monthly meetings with the stakeholders, providing updates, and insights, highlighting challenges, identifying ways to improve the remediation assistance process, or proposing marketing and outreach plans for the online portal.
- Capture discussion points and prepare meeting minutes for each monthly meeting with the stakeholders.
- Track and document metrics.
- Consolidate all tracked metrics into a report documenting trends and insights.
- Report Timeline: Submitted to the stakeholder monthly, and a report review must be conducted with the stakeholder at least two (2) weeks before submission.
**Please note**: The role may involve additional marketing-related tasks as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of experience in developing and executing marketing and outreach campaigns.
- Experience in conducting campaigns at events, roadshows, seminars, and conferences.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the IT industry or with cybersecurity products is a plus.
