Singapore ASIA TUNNELLING & CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in overseeing and reviewing all aspects of tunnel construction and alignment tasks.
- Review construction documents and provide support to project managers in directing contractors' work.
- Conduct quality control checks during construction, including reviewing specifications, drawings, and assisting with constructability reviews.
- Enhance construction processes and efficiencies by developing instruments, tools, and databases.
- Offer technical guidance, support, and training to project managers, superintendents, and construction laborers involved in tunnel construction.
- Review project budgets and report cost plans to upper management.
- Plan work schedules, allocate resources (manpower, materials, equipment), and execute projects.
- Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders to coordinate site works effectively.
- Ensure projects are executed according to the work plan and construction drawings, with a strong emphasis on quality and safety.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from a University recognized by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore (PEB).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in construction.
- Willingness to learn and demonstrate initiative in improving construction processes.
- Fresh graduates with a keen interest in tunnel construction are encouraged to apply; guidance will be provided.
- Experience in mining, blasting or tunnelling will be highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with project drawings (drafting) will be considered a plus.
