**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers warmly to create a welcoming shopping environment
- Assist customers in selecting products that suit their needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Meet individual and store sales targets through effective sales techniques
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions
- Maintain thorough knowledge of product features, benefits, and current fashion trends
- Educate customers on product care, fitting, and styling options
- Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and store events
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Maintain client records and follow up with personalized communications
- Notify customers about new products, events, and promotional offers

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience in retail sales within the fashion or apparel industry.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
