JR50096 Intern - Uniformity

**Description**:This internship program aims to provide students with training and practical experiences in characterizing cross wafer uniformity on blanket test wafers and the translation to product wafers across critical loops in manufacturing process covering various process modules paving the way for a full-time opportunity in the uniformity integration engineering field.

**Scope**:In this project, the student will learn:

- Overview of NAND product manufacturing processes
- Overview of process areas involved in NAND manufacturing and methodology to characterize the cross-wafer uniformity on both blanket and product wafers
- Hands-on tableau dashboard programming/debugging for cross wafer uniformity analysis

**Deliverable**:To design and implement uniformity dashboard system connecting cross wafer uniformity from blanket test wafers to product wafers to identify potential yield improvement opportunities.
