**Responsibilities**:
The Senior Designer/Draftsman will assist to oversee the work of a drafting team and for producing drawings and sketches consistent with good subsea engineering practice and in compliance with company drawing office procedures.
- Assist in providing focal point for all project communication and activities and ensure the delivery of quality work and services in line with project plans.
- Assist familiarity with relevant codes and standards used in the drafting work carried out
- Aid work on Marine & Subsea general arrangement
- Support in identifying and communicating project resource requirements
- Support in ensuring that design services comply with company standards and processes in line with appropriate legislation.
- Assist in the development of standard project deliverables and efficiencies.
- Assist in ensuring efficiency and quality by producing drawings and sketches consistent with good subsea engineering practice
- Support in operating within standardized engineering policies, processes and systems
- Support in liaising directly with Project Engineers on installation drawings and sketches
- Support the review of drawings according to the general arrangement of the project
- Support and able to work on the design of anchor mooring layout, transportation barge layout, field layout drawings, platforms, and jackets
- Support and able to work on detail drawing for pipeline laying, pipeline supports

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 15 years of experience in design/draftsman’s scope of work
- Exposure in engineering drawings for subsea pipelines/subsea cables/structural drawings
- Ability to lead and function within a design team and across multiple projects.
- Ability to manage interfaces within a project structure, including other disciplines, drawing office, document control, project management, client and suppliers.
- Ability to manage change control within own remit on a project.
- Very good knowledge of MicroStation or AutoCAD.
- Knowledge on Steelpac RCD would be a plus

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $8,500.00 per month
