**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Plan, Site Coordination and advise the landscaping worker and Excavator

Operations on sequencing and arrangement of work
- Establish the risk management (Liaise with Auditors for Bizsafe License

Certificate), time management, cost planning and management system for

the landscaping activities. This is to monitor labour. Building material, and

equipment budgets and unnecessary expenses.
- Ensuring that Landscaping / Construction industry safety regulations are

followed
- Ensure Safety Officer carry out appropriate safety assessment on site

equipment and site work
- Perform field surveys and investigations for technical/shop drawings
- Liaise with Technical Coordinator for technical/shop drawings
- Track and update samples, material and shop drawings submission and

approval
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance to approved samples, materials

and shop drawings to ensure that requirements, as specified by the client

and senior management are met.
- Prepare monthly progress report and attend project meetings and

coordinate between our clients (mostly Main-contractors) / other

construction project stakeholders consultants and HDB Town Council
- Procuring materials, labour, and equipment, as well as third-party

subcontractors and supplierscollaborating with as required
- Monthly Work done job sheets to be prepared and sign for submission to

Quantity Surveyor (QS) for claim
- Assist Project Manager for all other sites issues
- Any other assigned duties

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Project Management / Horticultural / Landscaping /

Architectural / Civil or Mechanical Engineering/ and/ or relevant fields
- Valid Class 3 Singapore driving license
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for

this position.
- Experienced in horticulturist / landscaping / Construction project is

preferred
- Strong leadership to monitor Coordinators and Foremen for the works

executed
- Well-versed in the operations, coordination and details for architectural,

structural and landscaping field works
- Safety measures, housekeeping on site and initiate preventive / corrective

actions
