**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness of cookery room equipment to ensure a hygienic environment for teaching
- Assist teachers in preparing ingredients for practical lessons (e.g., mincing meat, measuring, portioning)
- Manage stock levels of food ingredients to ensure sufficient supply for classes
- Clean and tidy Food Labs after lessons (workbenches, sinks, floors, and waste disposal)
- Maintain overall cleanliness of assigned rooms and equipment
- Perform any other duties assigned by school supervisors or leaders

**Requirements**:

- Able to speak and understand basic English
- Completed at least primary school education
- Preferably has experience working as an NFS Assistant in schools
- Must observe strict hygiene standards during food preparation
- Service-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to meet work deadlines efficiently

**Working Hours**:
Mondays to Thursdays:7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (includes 1-hour lunch break)
Fridays: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (includes 1-hour lunch break)
