Sales Associate

**Job Title: Sales Associate, ION Orchard, Singapore**

**Reporting To: Retail Manager**

**Key Accountabilites**
- Achieve individual sales targets & overall store targets.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
- Acknowledge and greet the customer promptly with a smile.
- Prioritize assisting customers over other tasks.
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend accordingly.
- Educate customers on the benefits/Finishing of Monica Vinader’s Jewellery.
- Offer solutions for out of stock items i.e. alternate item, etc.
- Follow up with customers to see if they need additional assistance.
- Offer additional styles or colours to increase sales levers.
- Process and follow up customer orders and exchanges.
- Ensure Visual displays are adhering to guidelines stipulated by Monica Vinader.
- Ensure all keep stocks & Display are counted on a daily basis.
- Ensure cashier counter are neat and tidy at all times.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
