**Job Description**:
Oversight of day-to-day operation of DOCOE
- Ensure the identification and management of underlying operational risks;
- Coordinate annual internal audit and other internal regular risk assessment exercises;
- Ensure to meet the services benchmarks pre-defined in the SOWs with BUs;
- Ensure the accuracy and timelines of output of external services vendors (e.g.BNPP);
- Coordinate and ensure the timely resolution of any disputes or exceptions in the daily management in derivatives lifecycle and margin calls;
Identify future proofing solutions of operational supports to new business initiatives
- Identify an end-to-end derivatives process and coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement the solutions to BUs;
- Participate in ad-hoc project to develop future proofing solutions to BUs for new business initiatives;
Develop and refine operational manual, monitor operational and control benchmarks
- Review operational manual, control and benchmarks in SOWs from time to time to meet any change in regulatory requirements or market practices;
- Ensure the compliance of Investment Governance Standards and Group-wide policies;
Collaborate with internal partners and external services vendors to develop and grow an error free, effective and efficient operation team
- Carry out regular service review meeting with internal partners to ensure the competence and timeliness of services delivery;
- Participate in regular service review meeting with major external services vendors to ensure their performance delivery.
