KLD Real Estate is a dynamic and innovative real estate team dedicated to delivering exceptional digital experiences. We specialize in luxury and commercial real estate sales and leasing. We are looking for an experienced web designer or webmaster to join our team on a contract or freelance basis.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the alignment of web design with business goals.
- Optimize websites for speed and performance, ensuring an excellent user experience on all devices.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance the website's visibility and ranking.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and errors as they arise.
- Regularly update website content and features based on current trends and company standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web design.
- Provide recommendations for website enhancements and improvements based on user feedback and analytics.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Web Designer or Webmaster (minimum 3 years).
- Proficiency in web design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Experience with responsive design principles and mobile-first design strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Real estate domain knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
