**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform general admin duties including filling, data entry and answering calls.
- Manage fleet vehicle maintenance, coordinating necessary servicing and repairs to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the monthly closure of jobs in the system, contributing to streamlined financial processes.
- Process required passes through online portals, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and protocols.
- Source and arrange training courses as and when required for employees' professional development.
- Process purchase orders, liaising with vendors to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
- Manage stationery and pantry supplies, ensuring an adequate and orderly inventory.
- Arrange courier and dispatch services as needed, ensuring timely delivery of packages and documents.
- Support the accounts team with data entry of vendor invoices and matching vendor statements of accounts (SOA).
- Assist with letter and mail distribution, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.
