**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the Project implementation in Singapore
- Coordinate the implementation of new Distribution Center in Singapore
- Prepare, Review or Approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Coordinate the change between the company stakeholders and the different LSPs (Logistics Service Provider)
- Oversight of Technical integration between LSP and company IT System (SAP)
- Develop the inbound readiness and new trade channel with the different markets in the region for shipments from Singapore
- Drive network in terms of performance management, capacity planning, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with logistics leaders and operations leadership to implement the changes to the transportation and warehouse network
**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Supply Chain with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge as Logistic/Transport or Supply Chain functions
- We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Risk assessment tools
- Experience in multimodal International transportation
- Stakeholder management (Vaccines Network & Design, Quality Distribution, Customer Master Data, Vaccines Distribution Operations, Cold Chain specialists, LSP)
- Change management - to coordinate with functional departments for deployment
- Cross-business exposure and understanding (project covers all aspects of business including supply chain, finance, compliance, legal, tech, procurement)
- Good communication & presentation skill is a must
- Knowledge as Logistic/Transport or Supply Chain functions
