Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
- Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
- Assess potential risks, materials and costs
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
- Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
- Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as requiredenerate new drawings and modify existing drawings according to instructions for construction sequence related to utilities, traffic diversion, shallow/deep excavation works and related works.
- Prepare detailed civil and environmental design documentation and drawings, perform design calculations

- Coordinate filing, storage and retrieval of both manual and electronic drawings.
- Maintain, support and operate associated plotters and printers.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with mínimal oversight.
- Explain drawing to construction teams and engineers to provide adjustments as required.
- Attend design, clients, architects and site meetings

**Requirements**:

- Must be familiar with construction sequence drawing and shop drawing with at least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Bachelor Degree ,Civil Engineering
- Good familiarity with Autocad programs
- Good communication skills
- Team player with good inter-personal skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work in dynamic environment and adapt to frequent project related changes
