*** What you’ll be doing...**
- Responsible for planning, management, coordination and financial control of multiple projects.
- Drive initiatives from the initial concept and design through to handover to operations.
- Effectively work on DC power, AC power, generators, HVAC, facility management systems (Fire, BMS) and general construction project.
- Responsible to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Liase with product experts and consultants to jointly develop solutions.

**Where you'll be working**

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
*** What we’re looking for...**

You’ll need to have:

- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience managing large cross-functional or enterprise-wide projects.
- Willingness to travel in Europe and Asia Pacific.
- A valid Driver’s license.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

- A degree in business, finance, computer science, or engineering.
- Experience in leadership roles in technology management.
- Three or more years of experience managing large cross-functional or enterprise-wide projects.
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence organizational direction and departmental initiatives.
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
- Project management certification.
- Experience using the full suite of Microsoft Office and Google suite.
- Strong communication skills (i.e., written, oral, listening, speaking).
- Negotiation skills to reach agreements.
- Problem solving and decision making skills.
- Strong influencing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including: Communicating - written, oral, listening, speaking, Negotiating - reaching agreements; Problem Solving - decision making; Influencing - getting things done.
- Track record of successful project execution.
- Ability to be resilient and tenacious during tough assignments.
- Knowledge of projects’ technical breadth (e.g., call flow, billing, provisioning, operations).
- Strong project management skills in deploying and upgrading Electrical (AC/DC) projects.
- Strong project management skills in deploying and upgrading HVAC.
- A good understanding of construction methods and contracts.
- The ability to review and evaluate electrical engineering drawings and specifications.
- The ability to review and evaluate mechanical engineering drawings and specifications.
- A high level of proven project management deliverables in the above systems.
- Understanding of Building Management (BMS) and Power Monitoring System (PMS).
- Experience in data center energy efficient activities.
- Team player adept at collaborating with internal and external parties to develop ideal solution for the business
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentation skills.
