Are you passionate about cars and skilled in diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance? MTM Performance Group is looking for a dedicated **Automotive Mechanic**to join our growing team.

As part of a full-service automotive company, you’ll work in a fully equipped workshop alongside a dynamic team of professionals — with no need to travel between locations. Everything you need is right here, under one roof.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect vehicle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, etc.) to identify issues
- Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, etc.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using diagnostic tools
- Repair or replace faulty components (engine parts, brakes, belts, hoses, etc.)
- Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and performance
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
- Communicate with customers regarding findings and recommendations
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Stay updated on new automotive technologies and industry trends

**Experience in gearbox servicing or overhauls is a strong advantage.**

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and components
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair equipment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to quality workmanship and safety
- Relevant certifications are a bonus
