**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, service, and retain a book of commercial **P&C insurance clients.**:

- Conduct risk assessments and coverage gap analyses for commercial accounts.
- Market risks to carriers and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to meet client objectives.
- Guide clients through renewals, audits, claims, endorsements, and policy changes.
- Maintain strong carrier relationships and stay current on underwriting appetite, products, and market conditions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and documentation standards.
- Meet production goals and contribute to agency growth through cross-selling and referrals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Insurance Broker or Account Executive in **commercial lines (e.g., property, casualty, liability, etc.**:

- **Attained all relevant CMFAS insurance certification**:

- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products
