Singapore FIRST PLUS ASSET MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. Full time

We are a Singapore-based multi-strategy asset management company with a strong track record across public and private credit markets. Our Structured Credit team focuses on asset-backed and credit-intensive investments across Asia-Pacific. We are seeking motivated full-time intern to join our team and contribute meaningfully across investment analysis, data infrastructure, and transaction support. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the origination and execution of structured credit and asset-backed financing transactions
- Conduct fundamental credit analysis, including financial modelling and cash flow analysis
- Assist in the design, automation, and enhancement of internal data workflows and monitoring systems
- Implement and optimize SQL queries for portfolio data management, surveillance, and analytics reporting
- Monitor credit exposures and portfolio performance through dashboards, trackers, and ad-hoc tools
- Conduct market research and track macroeconomic developments relevant to the investment strategyParticipate in broader team projects including investor reporting, strategy reviews, and cross-functional collaboration

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as Python, SQL, SAS is highly advantageous
- Experience in finance, credit research, or data-driven investment analysis preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and translate data into actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive, self-driven work ethic
- Strong interest in structured finance, fixed income, macroeconomics, and alternative creditTeam-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
