Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with aircon units and related equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls, including Sundays, public holidays, and midnight shifts as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, clearly explaining technical issues and solutions to clients.
- Keep accurate records of all service and maintenance activities.
- Adhere to safety standards and local regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC technician in the local market.
- Expertise in air conditioning system installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Availability for 24/7 standby on-call duties, including Sundays, public holidays, and midnight shifts.
- Valid HVAC certification or equivalent qualifications (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. (preferred)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
