**Job Summary**:
Oversee the Quality Assurance section and manages all QA aspects of the company’s operations by carrying out all receiving, in-process and final inspection activities as well as ensuring the calibration status of inspection, measuring and test equipment.

**Job Responsibility**:
1. Overall in charge of the QA function of the company

2. Responsible for quality control of raw materials, in-process, finished products and packaging materials.

3. Assist the Head of Production in setting quality standards and ensures that production is to the company’s specifications

4. Establish and maintain effective QMS, including documentation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

5. Inter-department support, communication and co-operation of quality related matters.

6. The Manager (QA) takes charge of the Quality Assurance Task Force of the company to investigate product non-compliances and improve on the product quality.

7. Oversee the maintenance & calibration of QA equipment and machinery.

8. Evaluate records of monitoring or process operation parameters.

9. Initiate material failure review requisition and follow-up on disposal decision.

10. Review of any out-of-specification product parameter and authorize any fit for purpose.

11. Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of product nonconformity.

12. Identify and record any product quality problems.

13. Ensure the workplace 5S, safety and security.

14. Undertake other job functions as and when assigned from time to time.

**QEHS Responsibility**

Implement and abide by requirements set out in the Company’s Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Management System, ISO and OHSAS standards and applicable legal and other requirements.
