**Job purpose**:
We are looking for Test contractors who will be part of a global agile team and will work closely with the engineering team to execute the test strategies focused on the quality delivered to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct the testing of IoT Deadbolt lock in SG office
- Liaise with internal teams (QA, Engineering, Product) to escalate and resolve software/hardware issues
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify whether issues are hardware or software related
- Have a good understanding of the technical design of hardware products and the software platform
- Execute the testcases prepared by Software QA team
- Compatibility, Integration, Negative and Exploratory testing.
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Updating QA Lead regularly about the progress of testing activities

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science/Computer/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fields
- Should have knowledge of testing NB-IoT devices knowledge of computer architecture, network and embedded system
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills is required

**Working condition**:

- Work full-time or part-time (min 25 hours/week) in our Singapore office
- Start immediately and able to commit for 1 month
