Job Purpose:
To manage and execute sourcing activities to ensure timely procurement of quality materials, products, and services at competitive prices, supporting operational requirements and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and alternative materials.
- Maintain an updated supplier database and build strong supplier relationships.
- Quotation & Negotiation
- Request, review, and analyse supplier quotations.
- Negotiate price, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.

Other Duties
- Assist in resolving supplier quality or delivery issues.
- Participate in procurement projects as assigned by the manager.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of relevant sourcing or procurement experience.

**Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Globe 3) is an advantage.
