A Research Fellow / Research Associate / Research Assistant under Asst Prof Lee Eng Sing's lab.
This position is part of the Primary Care and Family Medicine Research Programme involving the Primary Care Research Network and this position is required to support collaborative studies with Primary Care Practitioners and their patients in the community.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Work independently and with study team when required- Ensure all work processes meet the ethical standards of the University, Singapore Good Clinical Practice Guidelines and other applicable regulatory and ethical requirements-
- Assist in qualitative data collection and cleaning (i.e., interviews)- Data entry and validation, reporting of adverse events, maintenance of investigator files and other essential documentation- Work with the study team in data analysis- Travel to multiple GP clinics (study sites) to recruit participants and clinicians in the community- Establish and maintain close communication with all stakeholders and study team- Ensure reports and publications are completed punctually- Contribute to study result dissemination- Support in other functions (e.g., general administration)
Key Competencies and Requirements:
- PhD/Doctorate (Research Fellow), Masters (Research Associate), Bachelors (Research Assistant), or equivalent in a related discipline (e.g., Psychology, Epidemiology, etc.)- Experience in conducting randomised controlled trials- Experience in quantitative, qualitative, and/or mixed methods- Competent in utilising data analytical software (e.g., NVivo, SPSS, Stata)- Experience with preparing academic reports, publications, and presentations
