Oro Solutions Pte Ltd traineeship program (Customer Service Officer/Clerk) seeks driven individuals that are recent graduates or professionals looking for mid-career switch to join our growing family. Successful applicant will be coached on all aspects towards becoming a well-rounded operation executive for the company.
1) Responsibilities:
Duties of Customer Service Officer/Clerk will include ensuring all project and gift redemptions are executed according to clients’ requirements. Serves as first point of contact for customers checking for eligibility, walk-in, or hotline. Record all items going in and out of redemption centre/office/offsite into system.
2) Specific Responsibilities:
- Understanding requirements of clients and communicating with them and the team.
- To verify customers’ eligibility against clients’ requirements of project.
- Data-entry of required particulars into system.
- Dispensing of product to eligible customers.
- Logistical planning/scheduling and execution of company duties and personnel.
- Coordinating with various vendors/stakeholders to ensure fulfilment of client requirements to satisfaction.
- Ensuring all inventory are updated and accurate at the end of each business day.
- Sending weekly/monthly inventory report to clients.
3) Competencies / requirements:
- Able to work as a team or independently
- Meticulous
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft word / excel
- Willingness to learn
- Motivated in problem solving
- Good interpersonal skills
4) Duration of traineeship offered:
6 months
5) Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 930am to 630pm
Sat 10am to 3pm
