Singapore Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and develop strategic and meaningful collaborations with industry partners to advance the Federation's missions
- Formulate and implement strategies and programmes to strengthen stakeholder engagement
- Conceptualise and create communication literatures that effectively resonate with both our internal and external stakeholders
- Craft speeches and messages for the management
- Manage media requests and craft talking points/replies to media queries
- Plan, organise and coordinate corporate events
- Undertake any other ad-hoc projects or duties assigned to support the department’s operations

**Competencies**
- Relevant bachelor’s degree, preferably in journalism or communications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal. A strong command of Chinese is required, so as to communicate with stakeholders in the Chinese community
- Skilled at writing and copyediting, including writing in different voices and styles, for a variety of target audiences
- Social media savviness with a keen interest in Chinese culture and heritage
- Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and prioritise work while being meticulous and organised
- Team player with high degree of initiative and possess a “can-do” spirit
