**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assess and diagnose**speech, language, and communication disorders in children.
- **Develop individualized therapy plans**based on assessments.
- **Conduct therapy sessions**using interactive and evidence-based techniques.
- **Collaborate with educators and caregivers**to support speech development.
- **Monitor progress**and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- **Provide training**for parents and teachers on speech therapy strategies.
- **Maintain documentation**of therapy sessions and progress reports.

**Requirements**:

- **Degree in Speech Therapy**or related field.
- **Experience working with children**, especially in early intervention settings.
