Business Development Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automotive spare parts industry across different countries and markets.
- Conduct market visits to spare parts shops, retailers, and car workshops to promote products and foster long-term business relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop strategic business plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on market conditions, customer feedback, and business performance to senior management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in business development or marketing, preferably within the automotive spare parts industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development within the automotive spare parts sector is required.
- Willingness to travel frequently and visit markets in different countries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and achieve business goals.
- Ability to analyze market trends and sales performance to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, depending on the regions of operation.
