Location: North

**Responsibilities**
- Perform CNC programming and setting of CNC Milling machines using Master CAM X6.
- Able to perform 3D and multi-Axis programming.
- Check materials and tools required to perform programming.
- Set parameters (feed rate, speed, etc.) according materials and tools selection in order to achieve optimum speed
- Perform progressive machining operations for precision parts.
- Troubleshooting
- Perform details machining process plan and estimate cycle time.
- Technical support for daily manufacturing process including design jig & fixtures.

**Requirements**:

- NITEC or equivalent in Mechanical/Precision engineering
- Preferably 3 to 5 years’ experience in setting up and operating CNC Mills and Lathes.
- Strong in knowledge of Master CAM Version X6, CNC & CAD programming. Experience both in Master CAM and Unix Graphics/Sematron/Delcam is an Advantage.
- In depth knowledge of machining processes, fabricating, welding, assembly, EDM, wire cut, surface treatment and powder coating.
