Commis Cooks, Chef de Partie
**Salary**:
$2,000-$3,000 (depending on ability)
$9-15/ hour (depending on ability)
**Location**: Café bistro in NUS Business School
**Work Hours**:
Mon-Fri/Sat (5 or 5.5day week)
7/8am-5/6pm (1h unpaid break, staff meal provided)
5/6pm-11pm (for those who prefer evenings)
**Job Description / Responsibilities**:
- Follow directions provided by the head chef.
- Collaborating with the rest of the culinary team to ensure high-quality and consistent food & service.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work-station and environment at all times
- Prepare mis-en-place, cut, cook, portion, and plate food as instructed
- Stock taking and ordering supplies for your station.
- Improving your food preparation methods based on feedback.
- Assisting with other areas of kitchen operations when required.

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
