**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for overseeing and managing the courseware development process at Eduquest by engaging with the relevant stakeholders to identify training needs for the design, development, implementation and evaluation of both WSQ and non WSQ Curriculum and Instructional materials.
- Able to establish both short term and long-term development plans/road map for the Curriculum Development Division.
- Conduct feedback reviews with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate effectiveness of the curriculum and instructional materials.
- Facilitate curriculum committee meeting for curriculum validation, demand sensing etc

**Requirements**:

- Diploma and above in Hospitality/Food Services discipline with 5 years of relevant working experience at Supervisory or Managerial role;
- Possess sound knowledge and competence on adult learning pedagogies and learning technologies (e-Learning, AR, VR) to enhance training effectiveness and promote learners' engagement and interest;
- Must have WSQ DACE or WSQ DDDLP;
- At least 2 years of experience in WSQ curriculum design, development and successful accreditation with SSG;
- Possess strong Project Management skills to manage and deliver project assignments within deadlines;
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently

Location: We have 2 different locations either at West or City

Work week: 5.5 days

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Hospitality: 5 years (preferred)
