**Your role**
- Do you enjoy analyzing complex situations to come up with a solution? Are you accustomed to juggling multiple stakeholders and topics at once? Are you extremely interested in financial markets with a high degree of meticulousness? We are looking for someone to use their expertise to help us:
- execute daily portfolio management of the client accounts taking into consideration clients’ objectives and restrictions, which includes monitoring portfolio performance; ensuring proper records and full documentation on the lifecycle of the mandate; ensuring operational issues are promptly escalated
- adjust and execute trades in the portfolio to reflect changes in the CIO Global Investment Management (CIO Global IM) investment strategy and / or changes in the client's investment profile based on the CIO House View (where appropriate)
- facilitate portfolio solution discussions with Advisory & Sales / Client Advisors to achieve viable portfolios that clients would sign up for
- provide pre / post-sales support and education through pitches / reviews on the UBS Mange product offering to Advisory & Sales colleagues, Client Advisors, and Key Clients
- contribute to strategic initiatives & regulatory topics, working as part of a wider group, to drive innovative developments for the business whilst adhering to evolving regulatory requirements.

- Our business area CIO Global IM provides our Client Advisors with high quality and tailor-made solutions. CIO Global IM is responsible for investing assets and managing sophisticated portfolios for private clients. Our team is responsible for the efficient and proper account management of UBS investment strategies and policies that maximize portfolio performance consistent with clients' objectives.
- The Portfolio Manager (PM) follows developments in the financial markets within their area of responsibility to maintain an understanding of trends and how they might affect UBS Global Wealth Management Investment Policies. Once the private client has agreed on their investment profile, the PM implements the investments within the client portfolio, taking into consideration potential client instructions.

**Your expertise**
- degree in banking / finance-related discipline
- Past experience in a financial services firm is preferred
- good overview of financial instruments as a whole, portfolio construction processes, client reporting and after sales topics
- strong analytical, problem solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
- CFA / CAIA or equivalent is a plus
- MS Office and excel skills are a prerequisite, with coding experience a big plus

- fluent in English and Mandarin, in both written and verbal communication.
