**Key Responsibilities**
- Work as a representative of TSA/RSI, to be courteous and helpful at all times when dealing with donors and the general public
- Ensure that all assignments are authorised and accompanied by the correct Collection/Delivery Orders/Service Order and to return documents to Donor and Customer Care administration for record keeping
- Accept physical work by loading/unloading all donors’ items at designated sites and/or delivery of items to FTS/Centres
- Assist in clearing bins located at different locations when assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Able to understand simple English and able to interact with donors & customers
- Experience and certification in movers’ trade preferred
- Possess executive mover certification, forklift licensing and driving license will be added advantage
- Physically fit, able to lift heavy loads
- Knowledge of work place, safety and health

**Working Hours**
- 44 hours work week/5.5 days work week
- 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mondays to Sundays including Public Holidays)
