**About the Department**:
The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage Managing Director’s schedule
- Liaise with internal and external executives to co-ordinate meetings
- Update and Maintain corporate organization charts, telephone listing and corporate documents
- End-to-end travel planning, Visa processing, calendaring, scheduling, and meeting preparation and prioritization
- Plan and organize department events
- Handle incoming calls, daily correspondences and confidential documents

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 7-10 Years relevant experience in supporting senior management
- Organised with strong calendar management skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
