**As a People Operations Partner, you will**:
- Manage key people processes such as preparing offer letters, maintaining HR systems- Manage the onboarding process for all new employees- Proactively manage global compliance - we use EOR’s to hire around the world so they help make this process smoother internally- Bring energy and creativity to team events, offsites, and engagement initiatives that make our workplace fun and inclusive- Be the go-to person for employee questions, helping to create a smooth and supportive experience for everyone.- Coordinate performance review processes, ensuring smooth scheduling and follow-ups.- Support driving impactful projects and process improvements that shape our growing company.

**You are**:
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.- Organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and keeping things running smoothly.- A great communicator who builds trust and handles sensitive information with care - you’ll be working across our whole team- Excited to learn and grow in a startup where you can make a real impact from day one.- Have 3+ years of PeopleOps role, ideally in a global remote company

Process- If you pass the screen you will be invited to up to four follow-up interviews.- The calls:
- usually take between 20-45 minutes each depending on the interviewer.- most of the time, are all 1:1.- will be with the founders, a member of either the growth or engineering team (depending on the role) and usually one other person from your immediate team or function.- go directly to making an offer.
