**Senior Vice President, Corporate Banking (1 Position)
**Responsibilities
- Review credit documentation (in Korean) to meet Korean regulator's requirements
- Assist in client due diligence & financial analysis
- Prepare regular & ad-hoc management reports (in Korean) for Head Office
- Keep abreast of international lending markets & banking activities to understand & anticipate trends, with particular focus on Southeast Asia region
- Proactively share market information with colleagues in our Head Office & overseas branch on regular basis (in both English & Korean)
- Maintain strong relationship with international, regional & local commercial banks to ensure good client service

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Accountancy, Economics & /or Professional Qualification such as CFA
- 8 to 10 years’ experience in Corporate Banking
- Good experience in Financial Modelling & performing KYC on corporate clients
- Business level proficiency in written & verbal English & Korean is required to communicate with Head Office, Singapore Branch & Overseas Branches. This includes reading, writing/typing, presenting & answering queries on credit loan or market research related documents or Head Office's questionaire/data request.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong team player as a part of our Cross-Border Team in Head Office & our Corporate Banking Team in Singapore branch
- Willing to be flexible & work outside business hours as required, in order to accommodate multiple time zones
