In order to strengthen our **Sales&Marketing** team we are looking for a **Sales Specialist** based in Singapore.
The position has the responsibility to take care of:
**Coordination of cross-regional sales topics for the Hub Director**
- Monitor dealer operative standards and dealer network projects: CI-compliance, HR-compliance, DMS etc.
- Follow up on strategic projects: Pre-owned business, personalization initiatives, retail financing
- Overlook KPIs, analyse and report: Sales forecast, variable margin, target achievement, dealer profitability etc.
- Prepare strategic sales projects and business cases related to investment/reinvestment of funds in the markets
- Oversee the Hub new cars allocation plan
- Ensure customer compliance/eligibility for special or limited allocations
- Assist in the organization of sales trainings
- Coordinate action plans and recovery plans for dealership consistent with the defined objectives or identified shortfalls
- Support the organization of customer events
**Operative support for the South East Asia & South Korea Area Sales Manager**
- Manage and control dealer orders with regards to criteria compliance
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities and any other external factors that influence the business development
- Conduct competitive analyses and price comparisons
- Monitor the target achievement status for defined KPIs
- Support the preparation of business meetings and customer meetings/events
In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have gained minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the automotive industry
- In Ferrari, you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly-dynamic and fast-changing environment, thinking analytically and structured and demonstrating strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning).
