**About the Hiring Team**:Lightspeed Tech Center is a R&D department under Lightspeed Studios which develop PUBG Mobile and other high-quality games. Our Tech Center leads the research, exploration, and discovery of innovative technologies and provides technical services for all games during all phases of life cycle, including engine, audio, QA, AI, next generation game, technical cooperation, etc.

Lightspeed Studios are one of the world’s most innovative and successful game developers. We are expanding across China, the United States, Singapore, Canada, Japan, South Korea, and New Zealand.

Founded in 2008, LightSpeed Studios has created over 50 games across multiple platforms and genres for more than 4 billion registered users. It is the co-developer of the worldwide hit PUBG MOBILE.

Develop novel speech synthesis algorithms.
Analyze and improve the effectiveness, efficiency, scalability of current speech synthesis and speech processing systems.
Collaborate with team members from prototyping to production.

**Who We Look For**:
Familiar with signal processing and speech/audio processing fundamentals, with a strong understanding of statistical models, related machine learning principles, and experience working on related projects.
Proficient in at least one programming language, familiar with basic data structures and algorithms.
Experience of publication in prestigious conference and journals like ICASSP and Interspeech.
Better with experience in deep learning and large multi-modality models.
