Fashion Designer

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop fashion collections, including sketches, patterns, and prototypes for clothing and accessories.
- Collaborate with the founders and team to create unique designs aligned with the brand’s vision.
- Research and stay updated on fashion trends, materials, and techniques.
- Oversee the production process to ensure that designs are produced accurately and efficiently.
- Create technical drawings and specification sheets for garment construction.
- Participate in fabric sourcing, color selection, and garment fittings.
- Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely completion.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of clothing construction, pattern-making, and sewing techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other design software.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of fashion designs, particularly in baby/kids wear and adult clothing.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience in photography and product styling.
- Familiarity with sustainable fashion and eco-friendly materials.

**Salary**:

- Depending on experience and qualifications. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: $1,814.61 - $4,831.94 per month
