**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled data scientist specializing in Marketing Analytics to join our Global Business Intelligence team. This role will leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth. This role will involve drawing insights from various data sources, implementing projects based on these insights, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to craft effective go-to-market strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Partner closely with the marketing team to design statistically sound A/B and multivariate tests, including rigorous hypotheses, sampling, and metrics
- Implement/Incorporate AI/ML models to improve marketing performance and efficiency.
- Draw insights from dashboards and metrics to inform business decisions.
- Translate data findings into strategic recommendations for marketing initiatives.
- Ensure alignment and effective communication among all stakeholders.
- Proactively identify gaps in business metrics and user behavior trends.
- Set up necessary infrastructure to alert business leaders about emerging trends and patterns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field;
- At least 3 years experience in marketing analyst or data scientist role, ideally within digital marketing, fintech, or crypto industries.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools, such as PowerBI, Tableau and etc.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, AppsFlyer, App Annie, Data.ai and social listening tools.
- Excellent communication, bilingual in English and Mandarin to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
