**Finance Executive (Disbursement)**

Key responsibilities will include:

- Process full suites of payment requests across different streams (insurance policy, vendor, commission)
- Ensure all payments are approved within the approval limit, and processed in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure completeness of payment processing and obtain authorised signatories for payments
- Process all types of commission/incentives-related payments and recoveries
- Preparation of payment/journal vouchers and ensuring expenses are charged to proper accounts codes and cost centres
- Preparation of monthly GL schedule and reconciliation, tax invoice / GST on commission reconciliation etc
- Handle all types of payment enquiries and feedback from customers / channels/ stakeholders etc
- Drive work process reviews and improve operational efficiency
- Actively involved in project/ system testing and providing user requirements
- Update standard operations procedures
- Provide effective backup coverage
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Degree / Diploma holder preferably with a minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in payment processing knowledge
- Good knowledge in MS Excel
- Preferably knowledge in PowerBI, Power Query, coding skillset
- Fast learner who is able to multi-task
- Proactive, good interpersonal, communication and analytic skills
- Highly organized, attention to detail and handles massive data
- Pleasant, positive personality, enjoy collaborating with others
- Knowledge of the SAP accounting system will be an advantage
