**What you will be working on**
- Lead multi-party discussions to define, formulate and scope complex problems solvable through data science approach to address stakeholders’ strategic intents and operational outcomes with data science and AI solutions - Leads a data science team to work with other stakeholders to identify, scope, develop and implement data science and AI solutions to address users’ needs, including workflows for data pre-processing and feature engineering. - Guide/lead on evaluation of analytical output (e.g. model) and regular review of productionized models; refresh/ retire models - Translate these developments to the wider enterprise AI products and strategy - Leads the preparation and presentation of analytical insights that effectively describe complex quantitative methods in clear and concise communications to business users and stakeholders - Oversees and manages multiple projects - Develop strategies for the Workforce Planning & Analytics (WFP&A) CoE, including overall HR data management strategies - Collaborate with HR Business Partners, HT/HR Leaders and other CoEs to address internal and/or external workforce trends and to keep HR policies and strategies in alignment with HT’s priorities, drawing on insights from HR analytics;
- Bringing new technologies to up-level analytics capabilities to Home Team HR;
- Develop and run manpower models to generate insights that will guide workforce planning;
- Working in tandem with key partners to develop workforce data governance frameworks and guidelines, and implement these across HT Departments;
- Standardising data definitions and reporting methodologies across Home Team HR;
- Developing, refining, and reporting of key metrics for Home Team HR;
- Ensuring the operational reporting and analysis at HR Services Centre are continually supported;
