**Job Summary**:
As a Service Crew, you will play a key role in both food preparation and customer service. You will be responsible for preparation of food products, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience. This role requires a friendly attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**:

- Prepare yoghurt and other ingredients according to standards.
- Ensure all ingredients and toppings are fresh, properly stocked, and displayed attractively.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Assist in receiving and storing inventory.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in building their yoghurt bowl and other items.
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and promotions.
- Operate the Point of Sale system, and process payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean and inviting dining area, including tables, chairs, and counters.
- Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- **Other Scope**:

- Work collaboratively with other team members.
- Assist in training new colleagues as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous F&B Experience: a plus point.
- Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate: a plus point.
- You are a positive, energetic individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- You are a flexible multitasker who's able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and are able to make every customer feel welcomed.
- You are a team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

License/Certification:

- WSQ Food Safety Level 1 (preferred)
