**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out daily hygiene inspection to ensure stringent reinforcement of food hygiene safety in practice
- Prepare and maintain relevant food safety records
- Perform routine sampling and check quality of incoming raw materials and end products
- Ensure microbiological laboratory carried out are according to company’s and government regulatory standard
- Assist in customer feedback and discuss with the relevant departments on the corrective and preventive actions required
- Assist in internal, external and regulatory audits
- Ensure sanitation practices and pest control system is in place at all times
- Collaborate and work effectively within cross functional teams
- To carry out any other duties assigned from time to time as and when required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Good initiative and effective communication skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and easily adapt to changing situations
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates, as to easily communicate with Mandarin speaking employees)

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month
