**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Supervisor/Senior Supervisor to lead and oversee the mix production, gelato production and ice-cream extrusion line.
- Ensure that the production plant operates in compliance with the Operating Level Program Standards, local authorities and SFA regulations.
- Enforce the in-house housekeeping and cleaning schedule.
- Ensure the production of ice cream mix, gelato and ice-cream products are within the specification.
- Ensure ice-cream production are fulfill and deliver in accordance with customer requirement.
- Impart knowledge and skills to staff.
- Provide guidance to staff.
- Lead staff to achieve production target.
- Able to run production in the event of manpower shortage.
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum “O” level and above.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory roles.
- Able to operate machines and HTST system.
- Manufacturing environment, cold temperature.
