**Responsibilities**:

- Review and update SAP Material master-data
- Map the demand and supply plan, process SAP PRs and issue PO to vendor timely.
- Plan and arrange important shipments on a timely basis, also to achieve economic logistic cost.
- Manage purchase and inbound document in a timely and correct manner.
- Support accounting the required document in a timely and correct manner
- Responsibility for expediting part Shortages to ensure material availability
- Structure and implement the forwarder solutions to achieve reliable service at reasonable costs.
- Co-ordinate and support R&D and product teams on projects of products phase in/out.
- Co-ordinate and support QM on projects on quality management.
- Other Ad-hoc duties when required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor/Diploma in Engineering, business, supply chain or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in purchasing function,excellent fresh graduate is also welcome.
- SAP experience would be highly advantageous.
- Independent, fast-learner and detailed-oriented.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin-speaking ability would be a plus.
