**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily delivery route planning to communicate to in-house drivers and transporters
- Manage export processing portfolio and key contact personnel
- Engage internal & or external stakeholders to derive solutions to resolve daily delivery issues in a timely manner
- Manage process improvement initiatives for last mile delivery
- Assist in data collection, reporting, and analysing data for last mile delivery
- Identify & track driver and transporter’s KPIs
- Conduct incident and accident investigation and prepare reports
- Ensure high accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions
- Manage self-collection at the warehouse
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities
- Manage & conduct regular performance reviews of 3PL
- Participate in the continuous improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management or at least 3 years of logistics last mile delivery experience
- Experience in using ERP systems or WMS
- Strong data analytical skills with experience building management reports using Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, or other similar tools
- Highly organized and meticulous
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and takes initiative

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,800.00 per month
